Our Youth Strength & Conditioning is designed to help build a foundation for younger athletes. Athletes will practice body control, hand eye coordination, and proper form when completing exercises. Our Youth program is offered to athletes 2nd grade - 4th grade. Classes will be begin on September 10th and end on November 21st. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursday from 5pm - 6pm.
You finally booked your first class! Now what? arrive to your first class 5 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, sign any missing waivers, and meet the trainers. Each class is taught by a Moses Fitness Trainer. Before the class starts everyone will foam roll then proceed to a 5 minute dynamic warm up. After the warm up you'll start your class!
