Our Athlete Strength & Conditioning program is designed to help athletes of all levels reach their full potential. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve your performance or looking to start building healthy habits, our strength training, speed and agility training, and endurance training programs will give you the competitive edge you need to succeed.

Strength Training

Build a strong foundation for your athletic performance with our customized strength training program. Our experienced coaches will work with you to develop a plan that focuses on building muscle, increasing power, and improving overall strength.

Speed and Agility Training

Improve your speed, agility, and quickness with our customized speed and agility training program. Our coaches will develop a plan that focuses on increasing your footwork, reaction time, and acceleration to help you move faster and more efficiently on the field or court.

Endurance Training

Develop the endurance you need to perform at your best with our customized endurance training program. Our coaches will help you improve your cardiovascular fitness, build muscular endurance, and increase your stamina, making it easier for you to compete at your best.

Middle School Program:

Our middle school program is designed for athletes 6th grade through 8th grade. Each middle school session focuses on teaching proper form, movement patterns, and injury prevention to improve each athletes fitness, athleticism, strength, power, and confidence while competing.

High School Program:

Our High School program is designed to improve the athletes performance on the field, court, track, or ice. Every session emphasizes injury reduction, while also progressing athletes speed, strength, and agility. All athletes go through multiple phases of training with us that include progressions and regressions that ensure athletes are getting the most out of each session.

HOW IT WORKS:

Already know which membership you want? Go ahead and sign up! Our memberships are monthly. Fill out all your information and download the app. From there you can book classes anytime you want!  Still not sure about a membership? No worries, try a free class! After your class a team member will go over membership options with you! 

WHAT TO EXPECT : 

You finally booked your first class! Now what? arrive to your first class 5 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, sign any missing waivers, and meet the trainers. Each class is taught by a Moses Fitness Trainer. Before the class starts everyone will foam roll then proceed to a 5 minute dynamic warm up. After the warm up you'll start your 60 minute sports performance session!
