Strength & Conditioning Classes: Strength & Conditioning Classes are the core to our adult memberships. Choose between 2 -3 S&C classes a week. S&C is geared toward building total body strength. Each program is broken into 5 weeks with progressions and regressions to ensure we are consistently building strength, stability, and flexibility to continue to help our adults get stronger. Each phase works as a building block to the next phase. This ensures you have the tools to push yourself to get better and are consistently progressing. Our goal for Strength & Conditioning Classes is to build strength, burn calories, and limit injuries.
Moses Flex: . Moses Flex takes conditioning to the next level with a combination of aerobic and anaerobic classes ranging from HIIT, light weightlifting, EMOM, and bodyweight core exercises. These classes area great way to add more cardio to your workout routine. Each class will use our assault bikes, treadmills, skiers, and rowers. At the start f the class a Moses Fitness trainer will cover all of the exercises with you and be there answer any questions but this class will be mostly self lead. This class it only offered to Moses Fitness Members. Members get unlimited access to Flex classes.
Moses Strength Camp: Adult Members also get access to our Moses Strength Camp Classes! A plyometric strength class which consist of a combination of dumbbells and plyometric movements ranging from box jumps, TRX, hurdles, ladders, and core exercises. Each workout is designed for all fitness levels looking to shed fat and build muscle. Members get unlimited access to MSC classes.

You are ready to join! Now what? Book your first Strength & Conditioning Class. Arrive to your first class 5 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, sign any missing waivers, and meet the trainers. Each class is taught by a Moses Fitness Trainer. Before the class starts everyone will foam roll then proceed to a 5 minute dynamic warm up. After the warm up you'll start your first strength & conditioning class! After your first S&C class you will you are able to book all three classes offered!
