Strength & Conditioning Classes: Our Strength & Conditioning classes are the core of our adult memberships, offering 2-3 sessions per week focused on total body strength. Each 5-week phase builds on the last, ensuring steady progress in strength, stability, and flexibility. Our goal is to help you get stronger, burn calories, and reduce the risk of injury.
Moses Flex: Moses Flex elevates conditioning with a mix of HIIT, light weightlifting, EMOM, and core exercises, incorporating assault bikes, treadmills, skiers, and rowers. A trainer will review exercises at the start, but the class is mostly self-led. Exclusive to Moses Fitness members, Flex classes offer unlimited access.
Moses Strength Camp: Adult members also have unlimited access to Moses Strength Camp classes! This plyometric strength class combines dumbbells with dynamic movements like box jumps, TRX, hurdles, ladders, and core exercises. Designed for all fitness levels, MSC helps you burn fat and build muscle.
